Mewtwo wont be a regular raid boss, it seems that EX raids are reserved for Mewtwo and major trio masters
So Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Giratina, Kyurem, Zygarde (assuming we wont get anything like Zygarde cells) and, of course, Necrozma

I’ve caught them by just hitting the circle. No need for Excellents shots. It helps but not necessary.
